Domestic Shipments:
Attify now has free domestic shipping available for all orders above $900 shipped to the contiguous United States. For Domestic Shipments, we use both USPS Priority / Fedex Ground based on the items ordered.
International Shipments:
DHL Express Worldwide is the only shipping option we use for international shipments as we have experienced lost shipments with First Class International.
Attify has no control over the customs and international duties. We will not modify the pricing of the package to avoid customs incurred.
For all international orders, you are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.
There is no way for us (the shipper) to predict your country's customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your countries or postal system may charge you.
Keep a printout of your email receipt as you may have to send a copy to your customs office or the DHL. If you do not pay the required brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc - we cannot issue any refunds.
Our shipping system is completely automated, and we cannot falsify customs forms. The customs forms will accurately describe the contents and cost of your order. We cannot mark orders as "gift", "sample", "educational" or lower the values. However, we will mark it as educational if the order is placed from/for universities.
If you have any special preference for the shipment or would like to use your account number for shipping bulk orders, please contact us before placing an order so that we can generate a custom order link for you.
- We currently are unable to offer shipping services currently to the Russia, Syria, Pakistan, Afghanistan, North Korea, Sudan, Ukraine, Vietnam, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Burma, Cambodia, Cyprus, Georgia, Iraq, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Macau, Moldova, Mongolia, Oman, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
- For India - Your KYC would be required in most of the cases for acceptance. It's a good idea to keep it handy before the shipment arrives (DHL will contact you if the details are needed).
Fraudulent Transactions:
Attify-Store will refund payments made from suspicious accounts. We will reach out to you to provide additional information to verify if required. Attify may also file a police report and notify U.S. Postal Inspector/Team Leader when a fraudulent payment rings are detected.
To get sales tax exemption, please email a copy of your tax exempt certificate dated within 90 days to support@attify.com . Once we enter in the data, your orders will be tax exempt.
